           </B>Los Consejos de Planificaci&oacute;n Regional de la Educaci&oacute;n Superior  constituyen una instituci&oacute;n peculiar, dado que reunen a todos los actores de la educaci&oacute;n superior argentina: universidades nacionales y privadas, gobierno nacional y gobiernos provinciales. <BR>

           Son,  la &uacute;nica herramienta de coordinaci&oacute;n horizontal del sistema de educaci&oacute;n superior. La ley antes mencionada transform&oacute; estos CPUR en los actuales CPRES, reafirmando su papel como instancia de encuentro y articulaci&oacute;n del sistema de educaci&oacute;n superior a nivel regional. <BR>
